Our team are masters of their crafts; Head Chef is renowned for his great, go-big-or-go-home style of food. And our dedicated front-of-house team will ensure your guests are well cared for – leaving you free to simply relax and enjoy.

In addition to our perfect-for-a-pint pub (which is glorious for a Sunday roast too) we have more than a handful of fantastic bookable spaces – from bright and spacious, to cosy and intimate.

We have the perfect event space in our beautiful pub for you to play host for your next ‘big thing.’

Our Bookable Spaces

Our pretty-as-a-picture garden is heated and covered, making it suitable for celebrations all year round.

Set with tablecloths for more formal dining, it makes a stunning spot for a sun-set supper. Laid out more casually (with room for shaking your tail feathers) it’s a great outside area for a big party.

We were given a small side room from the main restaurant which was ideal for our party of 12 people to celebrate our Diamond Wedding Anniversary. We all enjoyed the excellent food and most of us had the Schnitzel chicken which was very tasty.

Coffee with our car club I took a party of 27 friends for a pre-arranged coffee at Red Barn last week, the service was impeccable, Lotti had arranged everything for us. The quality of food and drink was superb, especially the freshly baked biscuits, I will definitely return again sometime.

It’s easy-peasy.

To secure your booking we just need a deposit of £10 per person. This deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to your booking. The remaining cost of your party (including any food & drink-y bits) will also be payable in advance.

Yes, we do have a car park – a pretty big one, to be honest. You (and your guests) should be able to find a space as easy as pie.

No, not at all. You’ll pay for what you get – fab food, drinks and service. We have a minimum spend to book private hire though. We’ll go through these when you pop in for your tour.

Yes – of course. We’ll chat all the options through with you and work alongside chef to create a please-all menu. Please flag any allergies and dietary requirements when you pre-order.

Absolutely – though we are very pretty to begin with. The Secret Garden makes a great blank canvas for pretty-much any party theme. Inside, we allow table decorations, flowers (these look fab) and helium balloons.
